House Rules: PLEASE CONTACT HOST at 318-547-5251 to avoid double booking. No (Unauthorized!) Parties or Events. Check-in is after 2pm (flexible). Check-out is by 12 pm. You have a Self Check-in keypad. Strict cancellation policy (free cancellation for 48 hrs. after book). No smoking Inside of home. No Pets.*** There will be a Rental, Deep Cleaning fee charged to you or your credit card for smoking or having pet(s) inside of our Guest House. In order to avoid double booking, Please Contact Host at (318)-547-5251. A clear profile picture of actual guest(s) is required for all confirmed residents (children excluded). Extra $40 for guests above 6 adults.
